Note that I said “throughout the day.” These aren’t meant to be completed all at once, though you could if you’re that fit. But feel free to do only 10 or 20 jumping jacks at a time. Just keep track of them and try to hit the goal before you go to bed.

Cardio is best for burning fat and lots of calories, run, walk, jumping jacks, running up stairs and look up videos to work out to. Also, eating healthy is really important, to lose it faster you should cut out all sweets and junkfood and cut down your calorie intake. Always eat breakfast and then snack for the rest of the day and keep a food log (i recommend loseit.com) to track all your intake and output. Make sure you always work off more than you eat. Try to stay away from rice, pasta, breads and eat more yogurt, fruit and veggies. Good luck!

I know you might think its not the healthiest diet but i just want to know if id lose weight with it. i also walk an hour a day and gym 3-4 times a week and as for details with me im 5'1and a half and about 71-74 kg (varies) thank you for all the help :)

yes, well it’s not an ideal diet but it’s not really unhealthy. Just have plenty of fruit and veggies because completely starving isn’t going to help you lose weight. You will lose weight quite fast if you don’t eat any meals all day and just eat small snacks when you get hungry and the walking and working out is good(: good luck<3

Well, that’d be really good, but it depends what you eat. Make sure to cut out junkfood to make the diet more effective. Also, breakfast should be nutritious so make sure to have fruit always. Any fruit will do, but an apple or orange every morning is good. Also, either juice water or milk it good too. Make sure to have some grain/protien. So eggs, bread, cereal, find a way to make it that you like. Or a brand of cereal you like. dinner should be small and early, (try not to eat after 7, or aim for at least 2 hours before bed) Something like a salad, or chicken breast. Try not to eat too heavy (grains, pasta..etc)

First off, eat healthy. Not too much junk food and add fruits and veggies to your diet. Always eat a big breakfast, especially since your always busy. Don’t skip meals, try to always have some snacks throughout the day to keep your metabolism going. If you can’t workout as much its fine, just add little things daily l i.e. bike/walk to work, take the stairs and fidget too. (that can burn up to a few hundred calories a day!) Just try not to be completly not moving all the time, exercise is important in weightloss. Good luck!

well just 3 meals is good too, a big breakfast, medium lunch and a snack for dinner. Aim for about 1000 calories a day, unless you do a lot of exercise. Also, for your meals, don’t eat too much, but snack sometimes between meals to increase metabolism. Most important is to eat healthy and exercise. i.e. cut out junk food, eat more fruits and veggies. It’ll be hard, but for fast weightloss you should cut out all junkfood and most carbs (no pasta/rice/bread) and basically binge on fruits and veggies. Some bread and stuff won’t be bad, but cut back on that lots. Also, cardio like running, jumping jacks, biking….etc is really helpful.

Diet Tip #191) It’s fine if you don’t feel like going running, and watch a tv show instead. You can watch and exercise at the same time! Situps, squats, dumbells, jumping jacks…etc are easy to do while watching TV.
